BravoTeam's business scope includes building materials, daily necessities, knitted textiles, clothing, shoes and hats, household appliances, furniture, lamps, kitchen utensils, toilet utensils, daily groceries, cosmetics and hygiene products, metal materials, agricultural machinery, automobile and motorcycle spare parts , hardware, metal products, electrical equipment, electronic products, office machinery; import and export of goods, technology import and export, agent import and export.

-Search for items

According to the information and requirements provided by the customer (such as product name, picture, size, material, use, etc.), find the production factory of the product to inquiry, and provide the customer with the quotation, then verify of the factory. We will provide as many factories as possible for customers to choose from, so that customers can find satisfactory products.

-Verify suppliers

After the customer reaches a preliminary intention on price and products, we will conduct preliminary verification of the factory through the online platform to check the  size of the factory and various qualification certificates. Before we are ready to sign the contract, we will personally go to the factory for on-site inspection.

-signing the contract

Sign the contract according to the customer's requirements. The contract needs to include the customer's detailed requirements for the product, payment items and delivery time.

- Delivery inspection

After paying the deposit, the factory starts to produce. After the producing is completed, BravoTeam will send staff to inspect the goods before shipment. If the quantity of goods is huge, we randomly choose 10% of the goods out of the box for inspection. If the inspection is qualified, the final payment will be paid, and the delivery will be arranged; if the product is not qualified in the inspection, the factory needs to modify it until it is qualified.

- Booking and delivery

After passing the inspection, BravoTeam's logistics department will arrange delivery.

-Customs clearance

BravoTeam provides customs declaration services in China customs as well as customs clearance services abroad.

-After-sales service

BravoTeam will also assist customers to contact the factory to answer questions and purchase spare parts if they have questions after receiving the goods or follow-up purchase of spare parts.
